Over the past two weeks we have had learning sessions with Tania from Zero Waste. We looked at ways that we can reduce the amount of waste we create. To finish this study, children were asked to make something useful from waste. There were some amazing creations. Here are some pictures of the kids in action! The photograph above is of Room Six reading 'Lester and Clyde', a blown up book about pollution. Thanks Zero Waste!
Well done team 2. What a great team blog and what great learning you are doing. Great to see you all learning about recycling and what to do with all our rubbish. There sure is a lot of it around the school. I now hope you guys and girls in team 2 will do the right thing with your rubbish and not leave it around the school. Keep up the great work.
